A picture request from someone who asked me to draw cookie monster, and Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Scooby Doo and Shaggy somehow made their way in it too xD Oh well. So It's a hot air balloon race in Ice-cream mountain, and it's winner take all. These Childhood cartoons don't play nice xD cookie monster is chucking cookie grenades at the Scooby Snack balloon. Winnie the Pooh has formed an alliance with the bees for honey in exchange for attacking the cookie monster balloon, which is currently in the lead. All the other contestants are far behind xD
